Our goal is to honor the profession of teaching and dedicated innovative teachers; informed caring parents; and appreciative students by giving them a platform to share personal stories about their schooling experiences. 

We feel that it is vital that real human beings guide our children’s development through direct perception and experience. This is in contrast to education reformers and futurists who are touting a children’s world with artificial intelligence mentors instead of teachers, and global computer networks instead of place-based schools and learning.
